“We've been using MortgagesBooked for around a month now and have been very happy with the service so far. As a business, we like to work with multiple lead sources to spread risk and avoid relying too heavily on any one provider, and MortgagesBooked has fitted into our lead generation strategy really well. “This is the best mortgage lead generation site that I have used yet. Designed by mortgage advisors for mortgage advisors with continual input from the mortgage advisors who use it. We get verified appointments in our diary, so no calling around endlessly, only a call to a confirmed appointment on the day and date that we choose. We buy blocks of 5 leads at a time. If one of the appointments fails to answer (or doesn't turn up) then the credit is refunded and you can book another one using the same credit until you do get through to someone. My first 5 leads were actually 12 appointments. From that 5, I took work further from 3 and completed on 1. Two were timewasters, but you're going to get that anywhere. Prior to using this system, I was paying £300 per month from a social media guru plus £300 in adwords (£600 per month) for adverse credit mortgage leads. I regularly got over 80 leads a month, but it was a lot of calling so I spent a lot of time chasing leads. The conversion rate for those leads were 3%. The conversion rate from this one so far is 20% (1 out of 5), but I know others have had much higher conversions. Just to put that into perspective however, that one lead led to a net income of £1,807 and a new referral for his friend who has 3 buy to let properties that all need refinance. Two of the leads went with product transfers with their own banks and only wanted to see if we could beat their own high street banks rates, one would have gone the distance if she hadn't had so many secured lending late payments (30 in 36 months) and the last one will probably go somewhere when his fixed rate is up in 6 months, so is pipeline for now. If you are thinking about whether this is worth it, it is, Just jump in, you wont regret it. This saves me loads of time.”
