By using MortgagesBooked, you agree to the following terms:

• I understand that I will be auto-rebilled £450 (5 credits at £90 per appointment) when my credits go down to 1. Credits do not expire. Mortgages Booked reserves the right to change credit pricing with ample notice.
• I confirm that I, as the Broker, am in full control of payments and stopping any auto re-bill within the settings section of the broker portal.
• I understand that once a payment has been made and credits purchased, no refund will be issued.
• If a lead doesn’t show, I will mark the appointment as a no-show — Mortgages Booked will take it back, refund the credit, and contact the lead directly.
• I understand that no-shows must be marked by midnight on the day of the appointment. If not marked by midnight, Mortgages Booked will assume it was a show and I will need to contact them directly to change the outcome.
• If there is any deception, lying about a lead not showing, or trying to game the system, Mortgages Booked will close my access and not refund any money.
• I understand that Mortgages Booked achieves 96% lead background information accuracy (e.g. remortgage amount, time to remortgage etc). In some cases the lead themselves enters the details incorrectly. If the lead shows for the meeting and some details are incorrect, the appointment is still chargeable.
• I confirm that appointments can only be contacted by a qualified mortgage adviser who is registered under the FCA.
• I understand that leads are exclusively assigned to me and must not be shared, sold, or passed to third parties. I will handle lead personal data in accordance with GDPR and only use it for the purpose of the mortgage enquiry.
• If I enable team mode, I am responsible for all sub-broker activity and shared credit usage. Sub-brokers can claim leads and trigger auto-recharges if my team credit balance drops low enough.
• Once I claim an appointment it will not be refunded unless it is a no-show. If I cannot take the meeting for whatever reason it is my responsibility to reschedule it.
• Mortgages Booked reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time with immediate effect. We will notify you of any changes by email and by displaying the updated terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and notify us in writing. In that event, we will refund your unused fees.
